Ingredients:
- 3 liter beef broth
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 kg beef, cutted in 1 cm3 pieces
- 250 smoked bacon blocks
- 4 eating spoons red bell pepper powder
- 1 eating spoon cumin seed (not powder)
- 1 tea spoon cunched clove
- 125 grams flour
- 1 large tin tomato tomatenpuree
- 1 can tomato blocks
- 2 large unions
- 4 large toes of garlic
- sunflower oil
- 4 large patatoes
- 1 teas spoon marjolin

Recipe:
- Fry the meat in the oil in the stockpot until the moisture has evaporated.
- Add the ground or grated onion and garlic and let it fry for 5 minutes, but do not let it turn dark.
- Add the flour all at once and let it cook while stirring
- Add the finely ground or grated fresh pepper, the tomato puree and the can of tomatoes including liquid and the stock.
- Bring everything to the boil.
- Roast the cumin seeds in a dry frying pan until they are fragrant and add them to the soup.
- Fry the bacon in the same frying pan, strain out the fat and add the bacon to the soup, add the marjoram and let the soup simmer for 3 hours. a simmer plate gently cook.
- Stir regularly to prevent burning.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes, add them to the soup for the last half hour until they are done.
