The easiest fennel recipe there is and so tasty!

  1. Cut the top and bottom of the fennel (keep it in the fridge for a soup for later).
  2. Cut the fennel in 3-5 mm slices.
  3. Put cooking cream on the bottom of a terracotta ceramic pot.
  4. Add mustard, pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon maple leaf syrup, 1 teaspoon cognac and provincial herbs. Stop the mix.
  5. Add the fennel slices and stir it. Top it with a little bit (not to much as you mix and dose more later) parmesan cheese.
  6. Put the oven on 190 degrees Celsius and cover the terracotta ceramic pot. Let it cook for 25 minutes.
