The easiest fennel recipe there is and so tasty!
- Cut the top and bottom of the fennel (keep it in the fridge for a soup for later).
- Cut the fennel in 3-5 mm slices.
- Put cooking cream on the bottom of a terracotta ceramic pot.
- Add mustard, pepper, salt, 1 teaspoon maple leaf syrup, 1 teaspoon cognac and provincial herbs. Stop the mix.
- Add the fennel slices and stir it. Top it with a little bit (not to much as you mix and dose more later) parmesan cheese.
- Put the oven on 190 degrees Celsius and cover the terracotta ceramic pot. Let it cook for 25 minutes.
