Arriving in Dunblane.
The new air separation unit to generate oxygen for the oxy-fuel oven in front of the glass manufacturing site. At the left touch, but right from the liquid Nitrogen tanks, you can see the old oven.

I love to see all this works… but I even more love the action to generate acceleration, beating any plan.
Heading back home. Glad I went to Alloa to understand the team and even better, knowing where we can improve. Get your feet in the construction/commissioning/operations/commercials and than you learn how to drive to success.
